PHOENIX -- If you are like me, you are always looking for something different, fun and interesting to try around the Valley. This Sunday, we took the morning show to Steele Indian School Park for Yoga Rocks The Park.
The event happens in five states across the country and now you can head down to your local park in Phoenix to participate. Every Sunday, until May 6, hundreds of yoga enthusiasts of all levels gather for a yoga session complete with live music.
There is a suggested donation of $10 but half of the proceeds goes back to the community. Each week, a different a non-profit organization benefits from the event.
Yoga Rocks the Park alternates between Steele Indian School park and Margaret T. Hance park, so if you are interested in attending, you should double check the website Yoga Rocks The Park.
You have to bring your own mat and all levels are welcome.
