PHOENIX -- Arizona School for the Arts (ASA) is a non-profit college preparatory/performing arts school that is expanding when budget constraints are forcing most other schools to cut back.

Tess Rafols talked to the head of the school, Leah Fregulia-Roberts, about the expansion.
