PHOENIX – Students studying nutrition at Arizona State University’s downtown Phoenix campus have a brand-new 5,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art classroom -- the Nutrition Kitchens.

The new instructional kitchens and labs are part of the College of Nursing and Health Innovations.

Tess Rafols gave us a look inside the new facility, where students learn not about cooking, but about the science and art of nutrition and food.
