PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. -- A Prescott Valley man is facing criminal charges for allegedly videotaping himself having sex with a minor.
Prescott Valley Police said they arrested 20-year-old Andres Rosas after his 17-year-old ex-girlfriend reported that he had recorded them having sex.
The ex-girlfriend also told authorities that a friend had informed her that Rosas might have been sharing the video with friends.
On Tuesday, investigators served a search warrant at Rosas’ home and seized a computer. Police went on to find evidence confirming the ex-girlfriend’s allegations.
Police said they’ve also come across information that leads them to believe there may be other victims in the case.
Rosas has been booked into the Yavapai County Jail on one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of sexual conduct with a minor, and one count of surreptitious videotaping and filming.
Prescott Valley Police are asking anyone with any information about other possible victims to call the Prescott Valley Police Department at 928-772-5161 or Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232.
