WASHINGTON -- In the hours after the Supreme Court released its ruling upholding virtually all of President Barack Obama's historic health care overhaul, presidential hopeful Mitt Romney shot back.
"It's important for us to repeal and replace 'Obamacare,'" he said in no uncertain terms.
He gave two primary reasons he believes Obamacare is bad policy. First, it "makes government too big, too intrusive," and second, it's "killing jobs across this great country."
Romney said some elements of Obamacare are necessary and should be kept, but "real reform" is essential to making health care what is can and should be.
"This is now a time for the American people to make a choice," Romney said.
He on to say that his mission is "to return to the American people the privilege they've always had to live their lives in the way they feel most appropriate."
