TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — Congressman Jeff Flake predicts that President Barack Obama's administration will chart a more centrist course as his administration moves forward.

The Arizona Republican told an Arizona Tax Research Association luncheon on Friday said that both the Democratic president and the Democratic-controlled Congress have overreached.
