PHOENIX -- The two-week holiday break from school can do a number on your child's educational progress if you don't keep him or her on track. That's especially true of kids who have ADD or ADHD.

Dr. Sanford Silverman from the Center for Attention Deficit and Learning Disorders offered some tips and explained why they work.
