PHEONIX -- Contouring!  Its the the oldest trick in the book for make-up artists and celebrities.

Now, thanks to celebrity make-up artist Eric Jimenez, we can all create a younger, slimmer and more sculpted face in minutes!

To create the most symmetrical face he says contour, contour, contour!

That means outlining facial features like the cheekbones, nose, forehead and jaw to make your features pop.

Here's how:

  1. Nose: Using the small contour brush apply a matte dark brown tone (bronzer or dark shade), and outline the bridge of your nose. Don’t worry about how you look, it’s supposed to look funny!
  2. Cheekbones: If you want super high cheekbones, use the angled contouring brush and outline underneath your cheekbones. To know where your cheekbones are on your face, suck in your cheeks and draw a line with your brush. This will make your cheekbones appear higher and more youthful once you’ve blended all the shading at the end.
  3. Forehead: Do you want to diminish the size of your forehead? Use the angled contour brush and create shading on the sides of your forehead. This will be slightly above your temples.
  4. Jaw: If you want to create a more defined jaw, outline your jaw by brushing the darkest tone underneath your jaw line.

Eric R Jimenez is a Valley native who now lives in Los Angeles working with stars like Adrienne Maloof on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills".
