PHOENIX -- The public is invited to a free screening of the documentary "Booker's Place," followed by a Q & A with filmmaker Raymond De Felitta and co-producer Yvette Johnson, at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 13, at Tempe Center for the Arts, 700 W. Rio Salado Parkway.

This is the kick-off for ASU's Project Humanities, an annual series of events that explores the ways in which we connect with each other and make meaning of our shared experiences.
