TEMPE, Ariz. -- It was a Thursday night back in October when four armed gunmen rushed into the Tempe AzGoGreen medical marijuana co-op with bad intentions.

“The potential for a lethal type of situation was very high in this type of situation,” said Silent Witness Sgt. Darren Burch.

In the surveillance video you first see the gunmen physically controlling the situation by pistol whipping one employee to the ground, but the tables turn when the employees decide to pull their guns.

“At some point a shootout occurred and one of the employees was shot,” said Sgt. Burch.

That employee was taken to a nearby hospital and is still recovering.

“We have great video from the surveillance camera that shows the four suspects, their clothing, their mannerisms, but most importantly their faces and somebody out there is going to recognize them,” said Sgt. Burch.

In the end, the gunmen's robbery was botched as they raced out of the business with nothing in hand.

“Each one of these suspects has a circle of friends and enemies and hopefully somebody will call us up and get these four dangerous people off our streets,” said Sgt. Burch.

If you happen to recognize any of the guys in the surveillance video, you're urged to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS. By doing so, you could get up to $1,000 in reward money if it leads to an arrest.
