PHOENIX -- Police are asking for the public's help as they search for a voyeurism suspect.

The suspect entered the Michaels store at 4727 E. Cactus Road in Phoenix at approximately 3 p.m. on July 1 and approached a woman. As she was looking at items on the shelf, the suspect was seen lying on the floor looking up her dress, according to police.

The suspect tried this same behavior at the 99 Cents Only Store at 12805 N. Tatum Blvd. at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 14.

The victims were 19 and 41 years old.

The suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 40 years old with a medium to muscular build, and brown or dark hair.

A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered in the case.
