Grad overcomes disabilities

TEMPE -- Thursday was graduation day for about 5,000 Sun Devils.

The ceremony began at 10am with about 3,000 grads from Tempe, nearly 1,000 from the West Valley, 520 from the Poly-technic campus and 730 from the downtown Phoenix campus..

267 of them earned their nursing degrees.

One graduate overcame his disabilities to get a diploma, and was highlighted during the ceremony for his accomplishments. To see David Paul's story click here.
