PARADISE VALLEY -- A Paradise Valley High School teacher charged with 17 counts of sexual conduct with a minor has changed her plea.

Jennifer Mally pleaded guilty Friday morning to three counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

As part of the plea agreement, the remaining 14 counts will be dismissed.

The teacher was arrested in May after the principal found out she was having an inappropriate relationship with a 16-year-old student.

Sentencing is set for May 9. She could get up to one year in jail or possibly up to five years in prison.

She will also have to register as a sex offender.
