PHOENIX - Over 1,000 children, parents, therapists and friends expected to attend Arizona Autism
Candlelight Vigil at Arizona State Capitol to show support for legislation requiring insurance companies
to cover Autism treatment.
Treatment can cost as much as $50,000 per year causing families to spend their savings and retirement
to ensure their child gets the necessary intervention services and therapy. Autism is treatable but without
the proper treatment most children will never be able to live independently.
