GLENDALE - Jordin Sparks flipped the switch turning on the thousands of lights that now illuminate at Glendale Glitters.
The annual light show got underway tonight with an appearance by the American Idol winner.
Sparks sang and read a book to the over 60,000 people that packed the downtown Glendale for the event.
The lights are on every night with special entertainment Fridays and Saturdays through December 29.
