Tempe police say they've made a second arrest in a shooting that wounded five people at a fast-food restaurant.

While they are not releasing a photo, investigators said the 21-year-old man turned himself in at the Tempe Police Department last night.

Also in custody in connection with the shooting is Mark French.

According to police, French, 24, and the second suspect opened fire Tuesday night at a fast-food restaurant in the area of Priest and University drives.

Police said the shots were fired from across the intersection, where witnesses saw two men dressed in black standing behind a wall.

A search led police to a nearby apartment, where they arrested French.

Five people were. Four of them were sent the hospital. All of them are expected to recover.
