Peoria man faces first-degree murder charges in Wal-Mart shootings

The man accused of a double murder at a Glendale Wal-Mart has been indicted by a Maricopa County grand jury.

Ed Liu, 53, of Peoria has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.

Police say Liu opened fire and killed Wal-Mart employees Anthony Spangler, 18, and Patrick Graham, 36, as they were collecting carts on Aug. 23.

Liu remains jailed without bond.
