PHOENIX -- Police officers arrested two men and seized drugs and guns from a Phoenix apartment following a traffic stop Sunday.

Phoenix police officers stopped a car for a minor violation in the area of Grand and Peoria avenues on Sunday.

According to Phoenix police Detective James Holmes, officers found cocaine and a rental agreement for a truck that contained the renter's address near Dunlap Avenue and Seventh Street.

Holmes said officers obtained a search warrant for that address and seized approximately 2 pounds of cocaine, about 13 pounds of heroin, marijuana, assault rifles, handguns, ammunition and thousands of dollars in cash from the apartment.

Rogelio Flores, 20, and Juan Jose Perez-Castro, 26, were arrested for possession of dangerous drugs.
