PHOENIX -- TCBY will be doing more than just serving delicious frozen treats later this week.
The popular frozen yogurt chain has teamed up with The Purple Society to help raise money for families that are battling pediatric cancer.
On Thursday, August 2 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. the TCBY at Hayden and Via de Ventura will be donating 30 percent of the day’s profits to The Purple Society.
As part of the fundraiser, TCBY will feature such flavors as white chocolate mousse, golden vanilla, and Greek honey vanilla soft serve flavors.
People who like TCBY on Facebook or wear purple into the store will also be given a free cone dipped in purple sprinkles.
