CHANDLER, Ariz – A 14-year-old girl who was reported missing has been located at a local restaurant.
Gabrielle Lacy, who also uses the name “Keyshia.” was located at an IHOP restaurant located near 51st Avenue and Ray Road Sunday.
Lacy was last seen October 18 before being reported missing and endangered. Police say she called her father from a pay phone and was found in good physcial condition.
