PHOENIX - Police have arrested a man suspected of killing a man in a drive-by shooting.
Phoenix police are thanking the public for calling in tips that helped in making the arrest of a shooting death near 17th Avenue and Van Buren Street on September 19.
On September 19, a 45-year-old man was walking in the area shortly after midnight. Police believe James Talbo, 41, rode up on a bike and shot and killed the male victim.
According to a female witness, the shooter never said a word.
