PHOENIX (AP) -- A suspect has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a man in Phoenix last month.
Maricopa County Superior Court records show 30-year-old William Robison III of Phoenix is being held on suspicion of second-degree murder and aggravated assault.
Robison is accused of fatally shooting a man following a fist fight between the victim and Robison's 22-year-old cousin.
Robison's cousin told authorities that he heard multiple gun shots and turned to find Robison with a gun in his hand.
When interviewed by police, Robison maintained that he was in Chicago at the time of the shooting and wasn't involved.
But police say two different witnesses to the fatal shooting reviewed a photo lineup and identified Robison as the shooter.
It was unclear Friday if Robison has a lawyer.
