PHOENIX - The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the burglary of a jewelry store over the weekend.

The BeDazzled Jewelry Store at 25th Street and Camelback Road was burglarized in the early morning hours of Sunday September 6.

Police said the jewelry store closed around 6 p.m. on Saturday with the doors locked and the alarm was reported to be set.

In the early morning hours security observed a suspicious older dark blue van driving around the south parking lot.

Shortly after security discovered the doors to the jewelry shop were broken and the store had been robbed.

Surveillance video shows at least five masked and gloved suspects smashing the display cabinets and removing the contents.

The video also shows the suspects exiting the store through the same from doors within about two minutes of breaking in.

The alarm never went off during the burglary.

Investigators are waiting on an inventory list to determine exactly what was taken and the value of the stolen property.

If anyone has any information you are asked to call Phoenix police or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
