SHONTO, Ariz. -- A school in northeastern Arizona is closed for a few days after snow collapsed the roof of the gymnasium Thursday night.
According to a letter to parents, Shonto Preparatory School in Navajo County is closed today, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Superintendent Richard McClements said no one was in the gym at the time of the collapse and no one was injured. However, the gym cannot be used again.
