PHOENIX -- The monsoon hasn't brought a whole lot more than high humidity to the Valley so far. Slight chances for storms continue today and tonight for the Phoenix metro area.
Expect humid conditions, partly sunny skies and a high of about 103 degrees. Overnight lows tonight will dip to about 85 degrees.
For the weekend ahead, 50-60 percent storm chances continue for the high country of Northern and Eastern Arizona. There is a slight chance for those monsoon storms in the Valley, and temperatures will be headed up.
Look for a high of about 106 Saturday and 109 degrees Sunday.
A more active monsoon pattern could develop for the Valley by the middle of next week.
