PHOENIX -- Police spent the early morning hours combing a central Phoenix neighborhood for two suspects after the men led officers on a short chase.

Those suspects reportedly were involved in an attempted burglary at a business before taking off in a U-Haul box truck.

The chase only lasted four or five minutes before the pair stopped in a residential area near 24th Street and Thomas Road. The two masked men got out of the truck and fled on foot.

Police immediately set up a perimeter and launched a search for the suspects. Officers later arrested one of those suspects. The other person remains at large.

Aerial video showed the truck, driver's side door open, stopped on the street. The back of the U-Haul appeared to empty. Police said it does not look like the suspects got away with anything.

No injuries were reported.
