Police release photo of murder suspect, manhunt under way

PHOENIX -- Police say a murder suspect is on the loose this morning and they're turning to the public to help find him.

Investigators say the victim, identified as Lisbeth Hernandez, was stabbed during some kind of domestic violence situation Tuesday evening at a home near 43rd Avenue and Osborn Road.

According to Sgt. Trent Crump of the Phoenix Police Department, investigators have identified the suspect as Roman Felix. The 37-year-old has family in southern Arizona. Police said Felix could be driving a 1996 blue Dodge pickup with the Arizona license plate ABT7464.
