PRESCOTT VALLEY - A man in Prescott Valley is in police custody after exposing himself at a Sonic.

On Friday afternoon, Prescott Valley police responded to the Sonic on Pav Way in Prescott Valley for a report of a naked man in the drive in food area.

Joey Wallace, 20, was contacted by police as he was pulling his pants up inside of a vehicle.

The workers at the Sonic told police he had been there for over an hour. They said he was first seen with his boxer shorts on, but when the employee returned with some condiments Wallace was naked.

That employee did not call police, but another employee saw him naked when he ordered more food and called police.

Wallace left the Sonic, but returned later to order more food and police were able to make the arrest.

The 17 year-old in the car with Wallace was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Investigators found Wallace exposed himself as a joke. At the time he was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

He is facing charges of involving a minor in a drug offense, three counts of indecent exposure and three charges for DUI.
