ST. JOHNS, Ariz. -- The attorney for a 9-year-old St. Johns boy accused of killing his father wants the judge removed from the case because of alleged bias against the child.
The boy is accused of shooting and killing his father, Vince Romero, and his father's friend, Tim Romans, last November.
As part of a plea deal, the boy has admitted to killing the friend and is expected to get counseling instead of jail time. But the boy's lawyer is claiming the judge will reject the deal and put the boy behind bars.

At the beginning of the hearings the attorney for the boy was all for the judge. I think it's too late to have a change of judge now!! And he want's him changed only because it looks like the judge is going to rule against the boy...all i can say is "What's done in secret shall be revealed...saith the Lord!"
