PHOENIX -- Three people are in custody but a fourth remains on the loose this morning after an apparent home invasion in Phoenix.
Police said four armed people -- two men and two women -- burst into a home in the area of 15th and Roosevelt streets early Wednesday morning.
The suspects stole some things and then tried to flee in an SUV. That vehicle ran over an officer's foot.
The SUV crashed a short time later.
Police caught one of the men and both women, but the second man is still outstanding.
The officer's injuries were not serious and the homeowners were not hurt.
