PHOENIX -- While at the 3TV studio to talk about his new charity Tuesday morning, Diamondbacks president and CEO Derrick Hall briefly address the controversy swirling around racist comments allegedly made by Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling.

"I was shocked," Hall told 3TV's Scott Pasmore. "I was offended, like everybody.  ... If he did in fact say those things, which no person should ever say or should feel in this day and age, he really has no place in sports."
