Child-care licensing fees to spike, but maybe less than previously thought

PHOENIX -- It was the news that made parents' hearts race nearly a month ago. New licensing fees for child and adult care centers throughout the state. They are set to spike, but maybe not as much as first thought. Will Humble, interim director of the Arizona Department of Health and Human Services explains.
