PHOENIX -- Gary Bivens, 51, was arrested Tuesday morning near Buckeye Road and 14th Street for murdering a 93-year-old woman and assaulting her 92-year-old sister-in-law in Phoenix in 1981.

PHOENIX – Silent Witness is offering a $500 cash reward for anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest of a homicide suspect.
Silent Witness is helping Phoenix police with a cold case homicide warrant for 51-year-old Gary Billy Bivens. He is wanted in connection with a 1981 homicide in south Phoenix.
