SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Scottsdale police arrested a brother and sister for burglary after witnesses saw them running from a home with computer equipment.

At approximately 2 p.m. Sunday, Scottsdale police officers were called to a home near Cactus and Miller roads regarding a burglary.

According to Scottsdale police Officer David Pubins, witnesses saw two people running from a garage, carrying computer equipment. Witnesses saw them head toward an equestrian trail and officers took them into custody.

Computer equipment and fishing supplies were found behind the home near the trail. Pubins said it appears that the suspects dropped the items as they ran.

Witnesses positively identified the suspects and both were booked on burglary and trespassing charges. The suspects have been identified as David Baysinger, 27, and Anne Baysinger, 22.

According to Pubins, the suspects accessed the garage by using the garage door opener found in an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway.
