CHANDLER -- The man accused of raping as many as five girls is due in court Wednesday morning.
Police say Santana Batiz-Aceves is behind a series of attacks in Chandler that took place over a year and a half.
The victims are all between the ages of 12 and 14.
Batiz-Aceves has been charged with nearly 50 crimes, including sexual conduct with a minor and kidnapping.
If convicted, he could be sentenced to more than 250 years in prison.
Today's hearing is a pre-trial conference.
