PHOENIX (AP) — Gov. Jan Brewer says President Barack Obama's administration reportedly is sending a five-member delegation for a Monday meeting with her and her staff on border security concerns.
Brewer told reporters on Friday that she understands the federal delegation attending the afternoon meeting will include officials from the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security.
The meeting is an outgrowth of Brewer's June 3 visit to the White House where she and Obama discussed border security and immigration.
Brewer has asked for specifics on how Obama's plans for steps to tighten border security will apply to Arizona.
