PHOENIX - A man was arrested for allegedly setting his $3.5 million home on fire.

The blaze took place in the early morning hours of July 5. The Phoenix Fire Department responded and found a working fire at the home.
Fire detectives continued with their investigation and arrested Michael Marin on Wednesday for arson.
Marin first reported he escaped the fire from a second story balcony wearing scuba gear and using a rope ladder. He was the only person who lived at the 10,000-square-feet house.
