Schnepf Farms gets ready for Peach Festival

QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. -- Schnepf Farms in Queen Creek is getting ready for their annual Peach Festival. The festival takes place two weekends, May 12 and 13 as well as May 19 and 20.

Admission is free and there's plenty to do for the entire family. Mike Schnepf says the weather was great this year and the peaches are delicious. The farm doesn't use pesticides, so you can pick the fruit and don't even need to wash it.

While at Schnepf Farms make sure you stop by the store where you will find all sorts of food made with peaches.

Hours: 7:30-4:00
Admission: FREE
Activities: Peach Games including,  Peach Pit Spit & Pie eating Contest 11am & 1pm on the main stage
Celebrity Chef demonstration. : TBD
Additional activities: U-Pick (daily) and Peachy Sampling tent, train rides through the orchard $3
