MESA, Ariz. -- Your kids may be on summer break and if you're looking for a camp, you may want to check out a Boys & Girls Club. Their summer camp is called Camp Clubzona and provides youths with a fun and safe place where they can form friendships and develop new skills.

One program that's being offered is called "Leaders in Training." The teens who participate learn about job experience, responsibility and builds self-esteem.

They volunteer eight hours a day at the club and assist staff with facilitating the summer program. So, basically it is like having a real job. They also learn how to fill out applications, interview, manage money, and on the job training.

Ages: 5-18
Hours: 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
Cost: $90/week or $25/day
Breakfast, lunch and snack
