PHOENIX -- A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco today will consider Gov. Jan Brewer's appeal of a ruling that put on hold parts of Arizona's controversial new immigration law.
Emily Campagno, a federal attorney who at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for one of the judges hearing the case, explains what could happen today. She told Kaley O'Kelley there are three possible outcomes.
