Valley resident Ali Vincent was up for the chance to win $250,000 and claim the first female Biggest Loser title. She had proved herself throughout the season as one of the show's most dedicated athletes. And she did it!

Ali lost an amazing 112 pounds and changed her life. Now she has begun a nationwide tour to celebrate her hard work and inspire others.
