PHOENIX -- Banner Good Samaritan Hospital is celebrating its 100th anniversary this month with the completion of a new surgical center.
The hospital's expansion created 14 new operating rooms and bigger workspaces for surgeons. The rooms are equipped with video cameras and state-of-the-art equipment.
Families will now have a way to track where their loved ones are during the surgical process.
The old space will be gutted and turned into six additional operating rooms.
The new surgical center cost $71 million.
