PHOENIX -- Do you ever find yourself wishing you could look more like one of your favorite movie stars?
If the answer is yes, there's a workout that might be able to make that dream a reality.

The program got the actors in the movie "300" in great shape.
It's a pretty intense workout and one personal trainer in the Valley is using it with some of his clients.
The movie "300" may have come out last year, but what the actors did to get that awesome physique is still going strong today.
"Doing a workout like this is a great workout, keeping in mind it is for an individual that is more advanced," said personal trainer Scott Keppel.
Keppel is incorporating his own version of the "300" workout with some of his clients at Scott's Training Systems in Tempe.
Katie Pena has been doing the workout for a couple of months.
"She can do all of the movements they did, she's just doing a little less weight than they did," Keppel said. "You have 300 reps to get done as quickly as you can so if you get done faster than you did last time, you've worked harder."
A sample workout Pena does is:
25 pull-ups 50 deadlifts with 15- to 20-pound dumbbells 50 push-ups 50 box jumps, 12 inches tall 50 floor wipers 50 one-arm clean and press with a medicine ball or 8- to 12-pound dumbbells, 25 each arm Another 25 pull-ups
"It was a good, tough workout and it definitely keeps your heart rate up throughout the whole thing," Pena said. "You're going from exercise to exercise and there's not much rest in between."
Keppel said this type of workout is especially good for those people who say they don't have time to exercise. Most of his advanced clients can finish doing 300 reps in 12 to 22 minutes.
"What I liked about it is the intensity of it," Keppel said. "You know basically you're going to failure on each of the movements."
Pena said adding this workout into what she already does with Keppel has definitely given her the results she's been looking for.
"For me it was more just to tone up and lose body fat and I've been working out with Scott for more than a year and that's exactly what he's done," Pena said.
Remember, Keppel says this type of workout is not for beginners.
