PHOENIX -- We've all probably experienced it at least once -- the dreaded belly bloat. It's never a good feeling.
Registered dietitian and fitness pro Tiffani Bachus explained what causes it and shared five tips to help you avoid it.
- Balance sodium with potassium
- Get your daily fiber intake
- Drink at least half your body weight of water (i.e. Drink oz. of water if you weigh 150 lbs.)
- Avoid sugar, gluten, trans fats
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol
