Vehicle upside down in Sycamore Creek

PAYSON, Ariz. -- 3TV's Bruce Haffner flew over Sycamore Creek near Payson where a vehicle could be seen upside down in the running water.

The vehicle appeared to be strapped to a tree to prevent it from being swept farther down the creek.
