PHOENIX -- One person was detained when the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office SWAT team served a search warrant on a Phoenix home Wednesday morning.

Two SWAT vehicles and about a dozen officers converged on a home in the neighborhood of 59th Avenue north of McDowell Road at about 6:30 a.m.

Details were not immediately available, but aerial video from the Fort McDowell Casino News Chopper showed a great detail of activity.

According to MCSO, officers were searching the home for drugs. A dog was sent into the attic to assist in the search.

One person was escorted from the house and detained. An MCSO spokesman was not able to release any details about the person. While that person has not been arrested, he was being questioned.

MCSO did not say what led investigators to get the search warrant for the home.

Investigators were still on the scene at 9:30 a.m. At that point, they had not found anything.
