PHOENIX -- Investigators looking into a deadly plane crash at Deer Valley Airport are trying to determine if the Cirrus SR-22 aircraft stalled before it went down, slamming into a building near the runway early Wednesday morning.
It's possible that the pilot, who was killed in the crash, was trying to land because of an open door.
