TEMPE, Ariz. -- One person was killed in an early morning rollover wreck on the westbound U.S. 60 ramp to the northbound Loop 101.
A small pickup truck rolled over at about 2:30 Thursday morning. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The wreck happened on the ramp's curve. It's not yet known if weather was a factor. The pickup appeared to be the only vehicle involved.
That ramp from the westbound U.S. 60 to the northbound Loop 101 was closed until about 6 a.m. while the Department of Public Safety conducted its investigation.
No other details about the wreck or the victim were immediately available.
