NEW YORK -- Luke Clark Tyler, a 27-year-old architect, loves living in New York City.  Tyler's housing needs are pretty basic since he is single, he has no pets, and he works from home.

Tyler has found the perfect place for his needs.  It's a cozy 78-square foot studio apartment in Manhattan's Hells Kitchen.  That's right -- 78 square feet.

It might sound tiny, but for Tyler, it works.  Tyler lives efficiently and despite working from home, he spends a lot of time out and about in the Big Apple.

In a city where apartments commonly rent for between $2,000 and $20,000 a month, Tyler's micro-pad is a bargain at only $800 a month.
