ELOY, Ariz. (AP) -- Heavy rain has caused some street flooding in the small town of Eloy.
National Weather Service meteorologists say storms dropped nearly 3 inches of rain Monday on parts of Eloy.
That left many muddy roads and standing water on some streets in the town located about 60 miles southwest of Phoenix.
The city of Eloy has set up three locations for residents to pick up sandbags if needed. Residents can go to the following locations: across the street from the Toltec Fire Station at Toltec Road and Giles Street; at the Circle K on the corner of Frontier Street and Eleven Mile Corner Road; and at the City of Public works Facility on the corner of Eleven Mile Corner and Houser roads.
There were no immediate reports of any injuries or evacuations.
